Pre-orders open every Sunday morning a 11am and stay open until Tuesday 8pm or until i sell out—whichever comes first. Once you place your order on the site, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the pickup address and simple instructions for pickup. Pickup is every Saturday 10am-12pm in Chicago (Jefferson Park/Portage Park area) everything is baked fresh in small batches, so quantities are limited each week. if something is sold out, don’t worry—it’ll likely be back on next week’s menu!

Pick-ups happen each week during the designated pick up window assigned at checkout in Chicago (Jefferson/Portage park area) once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the exact pickup address and easy instructions for grabbing your goodies fresh from my front door.

I bake to order in small batches using the highest quality ingredients. Organic flour, filtered water, Belgium chocolate. Quality you can really taste.

my sourdough is naturally leavened and goes through a long, slow fermentation process—typically 24 - 36 hours from start to finish. this extended ferment not only gives the bread its signature tang and texture, but also helps break down gluten and phytic acid, making it easier to digest and gentler on the gut. it’s one of the reasons sourdough from the Bakery on the Wright tastes (and feels) so good.

🥖 the sourdough bread is best enjoyed within the first 2–3 days. store it cut-side down on a cutting board or in a paper bag at room temperature. for longer storage, slice and freeze—it toasts up beautifully straight from the freezer.🍪 cookies/scones stay fresh for about 3–4 days at room temp in an airtight container. they also freeze well—just thaw on the counter, or pop one in the microwave for 10–15 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven feel.
Everything is made with organic ingredients and no preservatives*, it’s best to enjoy your treats fresh—or freeze them to make the goodness last a little longer 💛

You’ll have until the end of the pick up window you choose during checkout. All items are baked fresh in small batches just for you. If you're unable to pick up your order during the scheduled window, your items will no longer be available after that time, and no refunds will be issued for missed pickups.
